MAKING RESERVATIONS

For your convenience and savings, we offer online booking. Just select your tour options and departure time and meet us at the bus outside the Charleston Visitors' Center and you save $3 OFF the standard adult price for Charleston's BEST Tour or $1 OFF any Combo Special Tour!

Please note that we will accept Charleston tour reservations by our online booking system or voice via telephone only. To keep our tour prices low we do not use third party agents to book our tours. If you are calling from out of town, we ask you to verify your presence in Charleston upon arrival and prior to your tour time.

If you wish, we will be happy to pick you up at your downtown Charleston hotel one half hour prior to tour time and take you back at the end of the tour. If you wish to join us at the Visitors' Center, we ask you to check in with your tour guide at the bus about 15 minutes prior to tour time. We understand bad directions, poor traffic and parking conditions may delay your arrival, so we will honor your tour reservation until about 5 minutes prior to the tour. It you fail to inform us of late arrival, you may lose your tour reservation. We run a limited number of Charleston tours daily and often have people on standby in case of dishonored tour reservations. We do the best we can in this situation.

As an incentive for you we offer a special $3.00 discount off the adult fare when you either book online or pay on the bus and join us outside the Charleston Visitors' Center, 375 Meeting St., between Ann & John Streets. We accept cash, travelers checks or credit cards for payment at the end of the tour.

Our office hours are usually from 8:00am - 10:00pm daily. Our lovely office manager, Phyllis, will be happy to serve you when you call. If calling after or before office hours, please leave a message with phone number and we will return your call.

**Please note that child prices are applied to children below the age of 12. We ask that you not bring children on the tour under the age of 6, particularly toddlers. In the past, we have asked families with unhappy children to leave the bus. We do not wish to cause anyone disrespect or embarrassment and ask you to comply with this policy.
